PTorro Holdings LLC ("Torrolink," "we," "us," or "our") operates torrolink.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using our service you agree to this policy.
Account & order information. When you purchase a QR code or create a portal account we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Profile content. Business name, tagline, phone, website, social links, logo, headshot, and any other content you add to your public profile page.
Scan analytics (Metrics & Leads add-on). If you subscribe to Metrics & Leads, we log each scan of your QR code including approximate geographic location (city/state from IP), device type, and timestamp. We also store leads (names, emails, phone numbers) submitted through your profile.
Usage data. Standard web server logs — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, referrers — collected automatically.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We share data only with the vendors needed to operate our service:

Your profile page (torrolink.com/p/yourhandle) is publicly visible. Any content you add to your profile — business name, logo, links, contact info — can be seen by anyone who visits your URL or scans your QR code. Do not add private information you don't want publicly accessible.
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account exists. Scan analytics and lead data are retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing orders@torrolink.com.
We use HTTPS, encrypted database connections, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Torrolink is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at orders@torrolink.com. Texas residents may have additional rights under applicable state law.
We use only essential session cookies required for portal authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
